Charlotte Bliss

Charlotte Bliss is a Junior Associate at the Law Offices of Patrick Markey, P.C. She earned her Juris Doctorate in 2021 from DePaul University College of Law, obtaining her license to practice law the same year. At DePaul, Charlotte was a family law legal writing teacher’s assistant and served on the executive board for If/When/How, a reproductive justice advocacy group. Charlotte first joined the Law Offices of Patrick Markey as a law clerk in 2021.
Charlotte has diverse experience working with the court system, including volunteering as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for children in crisis and serving as a Judicial Extern with the 19th Judicial Circuit Court. Her varied background in private and public family law work helps her cultivate a compassionate form of advocacy to help clients through complex, and often emotional, transitions in their lives.
Charlotte was born and raised in the Wisconsin Northwoods and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from St. Nobert College, De Pere, Wisconsin in 2018.
